Once you have discussed your treatment with your insurance company and obtained a claim authorisation number, please ask your GP to provide a referral letter and sign the claim form.
Check with your insurer whether you may be charged a professional consultation fee, as well as fees for any investigations or procedures required during your visit.

If you are self-funding your treatment, the hospital’s self-pay team can support you.
You can request a quote for your planned surgery. This can include the hospital stay, surgeon and anaesthetic fees, consultant visit and first postoperative visit.
The self-pay team can also explain payment options, helping you understand the costs in advance so that treatment expenses are one less thing for you and your family to worry about.
